It was so much fun to get to photograph Breanne and Ryan’s wedding in parts of Kentville, New Minas, and Wolfville. Breanne and Ryan travelled all the way from Sudbury, Ontario to Nova Scotia for their wedding, so they could get married among Breanne’s family and friends. This meant that Breanne was getting ready for her wedding day in the house she grew up in. There’s just, for me, something wonderful in this idea. The same staircase that she toddled up as a baby, ran down as a child, and probably stomped down as a teenager, she’s now descending elegantly in her wedding dress. Breanne, you were a gorgeous bride! And Shannon you did a wonderful job putting all this together – from the vintage car, to the gorgeous candy table, to the framed family photos, there were a lot of beautiful touches for a photographer to play with!
Plus, Jai (my husband) and I got to do this one together. Jai, you rocked it! (must have had a good teacher!) So, without further ado, here’s the Sneak Peek of their day…
