A summer trip to Halifax isn’t complete without a trip to Rainbow Haven beach. Of course, back at the house, it was hot and sunny, while the beach, as you can see, was fogged in and misty – just how I like it! (Something about growing up on the West Coast just enamors one of fog and mist – feels like home!) Holly loved the feel of the sand on her fingers (and tongue) and squealed with delight when I took her into the water.
